1. Our tour prices change every summer season and therefore, gift card holders can expect to pay a difference if they do not use their gift card within the season it was purchased.
2. Our reservations team will ask for a credit card at the time of the reservation. This is to cover the balance owing (if any) and a backup payment should the gift card holder forget to bring their gift card upon checking in for their tour. In this scenario, the credit card will be charged and the amount refunded once the gift card is handed in.
3. Treat the gift card like cash, if it is lost, stolen, or misplaced there is no replacement card.
4. Gift cards a non-refundable and cannot be made into cash for the cardholder.
